The Challenge
Parents struggled to quickly understand what classes existed, which age group they were for, and how online sessions worked. The site needed to reassure them about teaching quality and safety while reducing manual WhatsApp conversations.
- Clearly segment offerings by age and level.
- Explain how online classes work (schedule, tools, follow-up).
- Simplify the enrollment path for busy parents.
Our Approach
We first mapped the real journey a parent goes through—from discovering the academy to attending the first class. The site tells that story step-by-step, with dedicated sections for kids, adults, and scheduling.
Calls-to-action lead into a clear enrollment form or guided contact, so the team can qualify families quickly without repeating the same explanations.
Visual Journey
Trust From the First Screen
The hero displays a family or student image, an engaging headline about Quran learning, testimonials or statistics (number of students, satisfaction rate), and a primary 'Start Classes' button.
Clear Class Levels
The section presents different class levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced) or age groups (children, teens, adults) as cards or list items, with each showing target age, learning objectives, and format (individual, group, schedule).
Guided Enrollment
A multi-step or single-page enrollment form with essential fields: student name, age, desired level, availability, parent contact information, and a clear submit button.
Impact
The new site helps families quickly understand Zamzam Online Quran’s offering, choose the right level, and enroll without long message threads. The team now receives better-qualified inquiries and can focus on teaching.
