Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of BLANQ Digital ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

BLANQ Digital provides digital marketing services including website design, SEO, social media, and consulting. Scope and pricing are outlined in a separate service agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, approve deliverables promptly, make timely payments, and comply with applicable laws.

4. Payment Terms

Website projects require a deposit. Ongoing services are billed monthly. All prices are in CAD. Late payments may result in suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you provide. Upon full payment, you receive ownership of final deliverables. We retain the right to use anonymized portfolio examples.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

We do not guarantee specific results. Services are provided "as is."

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice for ongoing services. We may terminate immediately for breach or non-payment. You remain responsible for services rendered.

9. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of your business information.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify BLANQ Digital against claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Quebec courts.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms and any service agreements constitute the entire agreement.
