The Challenge
Homeowners often land on a home services website during an urgent situation or immediate need. Sunlight PHC needed a clear structure that prioritizes the phone call and form, while explaining what sets them apart from other local companies.
- Make the emergency call button reachable in a single tap on mobile.
- Present all offerings (plumbing, heating, cooling) without confusing visitors.
- Clarify service areas to reduce calls outside of coverage zones.
Our Approach
We designed a hero with a highly visible phone number and call button, followed by a service section divided by type of intervention. Testimonials and guarantees sit close to calls-to-action to reassure homeowners.
Navigation and content blocks are designed to be scanned quickly on mobile, with clear sections for each service category.
Key Screens
Call-First Hero
The hero displays a phone number in large format, a 'Call Now' or '24/7 Emergency' button, the company name, and the three main services (plumbing, heating, cooling) with icons or visuals.
Clear Service Offers
The services section presents three distinct columns or cards for Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling, each with a list of specific services (repairs, installations, maintenance), images, and a 'Request Quote' or 'Call' button.
Frictionless Contact
A contact section with a quote request form (name, phone, service type, message), prominently displayed phone number, address, business hours, and a direct call button for emergencies.
Impact
The new site turns visits into better-qualified calls and service requests. Customers understand faster what Sunlight PHC offers and where, reducing lost calls and out-of-area inquiries.
